Shockwave Allstars' Summer Training is fully instructional and designed for both new and experienced athletes to work on all aspects of tumbling including skill building and progression, technique perfection, friendship, and fun! Their highly skilled and experienced coaches will work with athletes in a structured, positive and encouraging environment.

Throughout the day, athletes will work on building and improving skills including:

• Tumbling
• Jumps
• Motions
• Conditioning

2016 Camp Weeks: 

• August 1st - 5th: Frederick Location Only
• August 22nd - 26th: Rockville Location Only 
   

Additional Information:

• Upon checkout, please choose the camp week you would like to purchase.
• Camp runs from 9am-3pm daily. 
• This very special camp deal is non-refundable.
• Lunch can be purchased for $7 per day paid directly to Shockwave (cheese pizza, snack and a drink)
