Urban Evolution's Parkour and Freerunning 2017 Summer Day Camp runs from 1:00 - 5:00pm. Campers will be introduced to movement-related activities including gymnastics, tricking, and acrobatics, culminating at the end of the week with an obstacle course challenge which parents and family are encouraged to watch and attend!

What is Parkour, you ask? Parkour is one of the fastest growing physical activities in the world. Parkour is a training methodology that focuses on movement in both natural and urban environments. The focus is to move over, under, around and through obstacles elegantly, and with efficiency.
