Baby Boot Camp stroller-based fitness classes are designed specifically to help moms get fit. It takes the place of a personal trainer at a time in your life when you need one more than ever! Classes combine stroller walking and strength-training exercises with cardiovascular drills, Pilates, yoga, and abdominal exercises to help improve core strength. They also hold monthly playdates, family activities, and Mom's Night Out.
In addition to being trained and certified by Baby Boot Camp, instructors are required to have current group exercise or personal trainer certification from a nationally recognized organization. Baby Boot Camp is a great workout for any level of exerciser! Classes vary with indoor and outdoor locations based on the time of year.
Some of the benefits of Baby Boot Camp are to prepare for labor, shed postpartum pounds, combat the baby blues, and make new friends.
Your child in a stroller is an integral part of the Baby Boot Camp workout. Just bring your baby and get fit!
WHAT YOU NEED: Water bottle, mat, and/or towel, and exercise tubing (which will be provided to you when you attend your first class).
