MORNING CAMPS (9 a.m. - 12noon)

Mad Scientist with Jake Palumbo for Ages 8-12
Offered June 10th - June 14th
This camp is designed to not only teach science, but to provide students the opportunity to DO science. Explore different science topics throughout the week, using demonstrations and hands on experiments to help students better understand the science behind how the world works. Discover how to make ice cream, what makes a light stick glow, and why a roller coaster doesn’t fall in the middle of a loop. Students will also have the opportunity to take home several great demonstrations.

Eagles STEM for Ages 8-12
Offered June 17th - June 21st

This hands-on STEM camp will creatively cover all aspects of STEM through daily activities in areas such as electricity, flight, space and physics. As participants work through different STEM activities, they will also work on their very own rocket, which they may launch at the end of the week!

EVENING CAMPS (5:30 - 8:00 p.m.)

4-Day "7 Habits of Highly Effective Teens" for Grades 9-12
Offered Monday, June 24th - Thursday, June 27th from 5:30 p.m. - 8 p.m.
Based on the best-selling book by Sean Covey, this workshop will help students to develop healthy habits and practically apply personal leadership principles to the tough choices they face every day. Improve self-esteem, build friendships, resist peer pressure, achieve their goals, get along with their parents, and much more. By providing the teens with habits based on principles, it will give them the tools needed to build a strong foundation for the rest of their life. At the completion of the workshop, each student will receive a certificate. Cost includes all materials.

Eagles Volleyball for Ages 12-18
Offered July 8th - July 12th from 5:30 p.m. - 8 p.m.

This camp is for players of all levels who wish to strengthen their game. Beginner and intermediate players will develop solid fundamentals in passing, hitting, serving and defense. High school level players need to come ready for a challenging week designed to help you excel in all aspects of volleyball!

4-Day Intro to Entrepreneurship for Grades 9-12
Offered Monday July 15th –Thursday, July 19th from 5:30 p.m. - 8 p.m.

Based on the NFTE (Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship) Curriculum, this workshop will introduce students to the basic principles of entrepreneurship. Learn everything help a young person start their entrepreneurial journey. By activating the entrepreneurial mindset, the student will create and pitch an original business concept. 

"Expect to Win" Big Man Football Camp for Boys, Lineman and Linebackers Only, Ages 12-18
Offered July 15th - July 19th from 5:30 p.m. - 8 p.m.

Big Man Camp is designed to give offensive and defensive lineman instruction and tools for success at their position. Coaches will focus on individual drill work and one-on-one competition. Offensive players will practice run and pass blocking, while defensive lineman will focus on run fits and pass rush techniques. It is our coaching staffs’ goal to have every camper improve within their specific position, ultimately becoming a more confident and elite athlete.”

4-Day Entrepreneurship 101 for Grades 9-12
Offered Monday, July 22nd - Thursday, July 25th from 5:30 p.m. - 8 p.m.

Based on the NFTE (Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship) Curriculum, this workshop will build upon the Intro to Entrepreneurship session to validate business concepts through the development of a “basic” business plan. Each student will be given the opportunity to present their business plan to a community of entrepreneurs for constructive feedback and advice. Intro to Entrepreneurship is a prerequisite. A folder, paper and calculator is required. All other materials are included.

Eagles Strong Athlete Challenge
Offered July 29th - August 2nd from 5:30 p.m. - 8 p,m.

Prepare to RISE and fly for the upcoming school year! Partnering with RISE Enterprises, a program designed to explore the character and professional development of young men and women, athletes will be challenged body, mind, and spirit to be the best teammate and developing leader they can be through. Enjoy “Speed, Agility Quickness and Strongman” style training, “Team Building” relay races, “Special Forces” style competitions and “Leadership Development” breakout sessions. With a “Kingdom Building” mindset, this camp will inspire young athletes to pursue greatness on the field, in the classroom, and in their community for something GREATER than self.

FULL-DAY CAMPS (9 a.m. - 4 p.m.)

"Expect to Win" Football for Boys, Ages 8-14
Offered June 17th - June 21st and July 8th - July 12th

These camps are designed for players of all skill levels. Fundamentals will be taught and refined for all offensive and defensive positions with 7 on 7 contest and a Big Man Challenge. This is a non-contact camp.

Eagles Coding Level 1 for Ages 10-16
Offered June 17th - June 21st and July 8th - July 12th 

This beginner level camp is designed for kids with little to no programming experience. Campers will create animated stories and games, learn programming concepts in 3 different languages (Scratch, Tynker, and Python) all while developing a foundation of computational thinking - an essential skill in today’s tech-driven world. The day will be broken up with supervised outside play, sports, and activities. Take home a copy of your own game at the end of this class!

Fire Power Basketball for Ages 8-14
Offered June 24th - June 28th

This camp is designed to provide players of all different ages, abilities and levels an experience that advances their individual basketball skills and at the same time is fun and rewarding. Players will be grouped by age and skill. Improvement on fundamentals and sportsmanship will be stressed and will include games and contests, station drills, shooting instruction, end-of-session evaluations, and prizes.

"Expect to Win" Boys Lacrosse for Boys, Ages 8-14
Offered June 24th - June 28th

Athletes will learn all the fundamentals of stick handling, cradling, passing, and shooting, all in a fun, non-checking environment. Our staff will ensure that campers not only learn the sport of lacrosse, but also important life skills such as respect, teamwork, and discipline. Every athlete will come away with a deep understanding of the game and its traditions.

Eagles Soccer Camp for Ages 8-18
Offered June 24th - June 28th and July 15th - July 19th 

Eagles Soccer Camp is staffed with AACS coaches as well as professional soccer players from the Baltimore Kings Pro Soccer team. Improve footwork, first-touch, ball mastery, non-dominant foot, soccer-specific fitness, and overall technical ability. Video analysis and soccer metric testing will also be utilized. Players will have the opportunity to play on the school's Bermuda grass and indoor turf fields. Players of all levels and experience are welcome!
*Campers will also receive free tickets to a Baltimore Kings Pro Soccer game. Note: Please bring a pair of cleats, flat soled shoes, and a water bottle. 

Dance Fusion for Girls, Ages 10-16
Offered July 8th - July 12th 

Are you interested or already involved in competitive cheer, dance, and gymnastics? If so, this camp is just for you! It is a fun fusion dance camp that teaches the basic techniques and terminologies of Liturgical (Praise), Ballet, Modern, and Hip Hop Dance. Campers will learn how to develop their own choreography through the study of world renown choreographers such as Alvin Ailey, Lester Horton, and Paula Abdul. 

Eagles Girls' Basketball for Ages 8-16
Offered July 22nd - July 26th

The Eagle’s Girls’ Basketball Camp emphasizes individual skill development, team concepts, sportsmanship and self-confidence throughout the week. Girls will receive quality instruction in all phases of the game in a positive and fun atmosphere. Campers will be grouped according to age, size, and playing experience. A leadership development component will be incorporated into the daily schedule. Activities will help campers identify their leadership style, give them a better understanding of the different roles they will potentially have as a leader and how to better communicate with teammates, coaches and the adults in their lives.

Eagles Coding: Level 2 for Ages 10-16
Offered July 29th - August 2nd 

This intermediate level camp is a continuation of Eagles Coding: Level 1. Campers will continue learning the basics of computer programming, game design, and explore the essential building blocks behind object-oriented programming through creating fun, interactive stories, and simple games. Take home a copy of your own game at the end of this class!
