Summer camp is great for kids. Camp gives kids the opportunity to be more independent, explore new interests, learn new skills, build confidence, meet friends, and stay physically active during the extended break from school. But quality camp programs are expensive and often unaffordable for parents whose kids could benefit from them the most.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

Providing affordable summer camp opportunities has always been an important part of CertifiKID's mission. In 2018, we launched our Camp Scholarship Program to give even more kids the opportunity to attend summer camp – for free! In its inaugural year, CertifiKID awarded 24, $250 camp scholarships to local kids in need in the Washington, D.C. and Baltimore Metro areas. And our Program continues to grow thanks to the generous contributions of our CertifiKID community!
