Lego Space Heros - Kids enter our astronaut training program and prepare for a manned mission to Mars. Using Legos™ to create, imagine and explore, kids will learn about rockets, space stations, hover craft, black holes, animals in space, robots, space storms, stars, moons, planets and more. They’ll then blast off to Mars, and create a stop-action Lego video about their adventure! Educational value: engineering, astronomy, physics, geology, meteorology, chemistry, creative thinking, design and teamwork. Animal Hospital - Want to be a veterinarian someday? Visit the Curiosity Zone animal hospital! Learn what veterinarians do, the tools and instruments they use, and the kinds of animals they take care of. View x-rays, take apart body models, and view slides under a microscope. Learn how to tell whether an animal is sick, and what to do if you find an injured animal. We will even have visits from real animals, including guinea pigs, frogs and turtles. Camp ends with graduation as an animal caregiver! Educational value: chemistry, physics, biology, zoology, engineering, technology, problem solving and teamwork. Bureau of Undercover Kids - Our best-selling spy camp is back! Kids enter our spy training program and solve daily mysteries using disguises, secret codes, spy gadgets, booby traps, disappearing ink, fingerprint analysis, forensic testing, secret compartments, spy cameras, voice scramblers and more! Camp ends with spy graduation and certification. Educational value: chemistry, physics, engineering, biology, forensics, creative thinking, problem solving and teamwork. Dinosaur Island - Kids enter our time machine and go back to the time of the dinosaurs! They must hide from the giant T-Rex and find the buried treasure hidden on Dinosaur Island. Along the way, they’ll meet friendly dinosaurs, study dinosaur bones and habits, build forts and shelters, make seashell gadgets, explore volcanos, cook in solar ovens, read animal tracks, compete in games and races and more. Educational value: paleontology, geology, physics, life sciences, chemistry, creative thinking, design, invention, problem-solving, and teamwork.
