Purchase of this voucher is good for one Park and Paddle outing per person on the Shenandoah River with River & Trail Outfitters.
Ages: 5 and up and at least 50 pounds (for the life jackets to fit properly). If less than 50 pounds, please bring your own life jacket.
Hours: Check in anytime from 10am - 2pm. You can Paddle until 5pm. You have up to 3 hours to paddle after check-in.
Additional Purchase Information:
- Valid ANY DAY from Wednesday, August 10 - Sunday, September 11 and then WEEKENDS ONLY Saturday, September 17 - Sunday, October 2, 2016. Blackout Dates: September 3,4,5 (Labor Day Weekend)
- This Park & Paddle promotion is only valid on the mellow Shenandoah River.
- Select from various types of kayaks and canoes, which accommodate from 1-3 people each.
- One voucher required per person.
- Paddle out and paddle back to the same spot - No shuttle needed. Simply park your car and grab a boat at the river's edge.
- Must call to register in advance and confirm river water levels.
- Check in is at the main office in Knoxville, MD. After check in, you will drive approximately 4 miles to the boat launch area in West Virginia. Park, pick your boat and paddle away!
- Located less than hour from Baltimore and Washington DC - right at the corner of MD, VA and West VA.
- Tax of 6% and $2.25/person user fee payable directly to River & Trail Outfitters.
