Superhero Training Academy: Monday, January 15
Calling all Superheros! Requirements: must be willing to create a secret identity, encounter radioactive spiders, work as a team, and communicate with reporters from the Daily Planet! We will be putting all junior superheroes to the test by training them on obstacle courses, rescue missions, and creating their own top notch superhero identities. Will you have the willpower and strength of Wonder Woman, communicate with marine animals like Aqua Man, be a good climber like Spiderman, or have the intelligent mastermind of Iron Man? Get up close and personal with some unique animals that have powers of their own, like crawling up walls, using heat vision, and having super strength! Are you ready to commit to save the Planet and it’s ecosystems?! Note: super villains are unwelcome at this camp.
Spy Camp: Monday, February 19
Hidden away at Eco Adventures is an elite group of secret spies, looking for new recruits to join their ranks. You must be prepared to take on top secret missions to put your skills to the test. Spy Camp begins with a secret briefing and then we will help prepare you for your final mission. Here at the Eco Adventures headquarters we even have special bio-mimicry training techniques where we will observe and learn from the sneakiest critters in the animal kingdom. New recruits will learn how to make and break secret codes, use forensics to uncover hidden clues, and even how to make and use their own spy gadgets! INCLUDES: Field trip to National Cyptologic Museum.

Global Explorers: Tuesday, December 26
Are you ready for a break from the chilly winter? Join us on our global adventure! Each explorer will get a “craft” suitcase with a passports in hand, to travel around the globe and explore different cultures, games, food, and fun. Once explorers try foods from the region, encounter animals, and do an activity or game from the culture, explorers will get a stamp and a sticker from each region to decorate their suit cases and passports. Then learn about different habitats that are homes to some unique animals! From bearded dragons in Australia, to crocs in Africa, a baby armadillo in South America, to snakes from Asia, kids will get to meet amazing animals from near and far all in one day! Collect all stamps to show off you are a world traveler!
Ice Age Adventure: Wednesday, December 27
Wooly Mammoths, Sabertooth Tigers, and Giant Sloths...oh my! Join us as we travel back in time and work together to discover some amazing facts about the ice age world. Meet some modern day animals that are distant relatives of these ice age creatures that used to roam the earth millions of years ago. (Including our very own “Sid”). Eco-Explorers will get the chance to put on their paleontology hats and discover a world of wonder, ice, and fossils. Campers will get their brushes and picks to unearth some fossils or gems of their own frozen in real ice. Then create your own snow to make a craft and work up an appetite for “Scratch’s” acorn snack. Enjoy Ice Age movie during lunch.
Expedition Everest: Thursday, December 28 (One Day Option ONLY with this deal)
Get ready campers, it’s time to venture up Mt. Everest for maximum winter adventure! This training camp will teach you the skills are needed to survive this epic journey. What are the dangers of climbing this sacred mountain? What about the cold weather and the altitude? Put your skills to the test by making your way through the Expedition Everest obstacle course and trying out some experiments that can show you how you and animals can survive the cold weather. Discover the tales of the Yeti, big foot and other majestic monsters. Encounter animals long the way and maybe even –the Yeti?? Create Nepalese sacramental flags, or worship the Yeti by making a clay figure, footprint or grow your own ice crystals. Are you ready for this wintery adventure?! Only one way to find out…
Polar Express: Friday, December 29
Embark on an adventure full games, animals, and winter fun! We are setting off into the wild together, so get your boarding pass ready to jump onto the Polar Bear Express! Campers will learn all about what it takes for animals to survive in winter temperatures--from polar bears and coyotes, to turtles and snakes. We will get hands-on with some of our furry Eco Animals, create snowman craft with homemade snow, warm up with hot cocoa, and much more, so get ready for this great winter journey!
Iron Chef: Wednesday, January 31
Ready...Set...Cook! Eco Adventures invites you to the ultimate food challenge! Explore the yummy world of desserts and snacks with hands on kid-friendly recipes. Chefs will learn how to create their own delicious snacks from real ingredients and will be working in teams to complete different challenges. Not only will we be learning how to prepare food for ourselves (and eat them),but in the afternoon we will learn what it takes to become a chef for the animals, and help to prepare delicious meals for our resident critters! So put on your Chef hat and apron, and step up to the table!
