Go ahead, stop and smell the flowers. Soon it will be time to head to Seven Oaks Lavender Farm for a day of fun, sun, perfumed breezes and pick-your-own lavender bouquets.
Seven Oaks Lavender Farm lays less than an hour from DC - where the traffic of the beltway gives way to rolling hills dotted with vibrant patches of purple and the comforting aroma of French lavender fills the air. Stroll through this sweet-smelling Shangri La on a tour of the grounds.
The kids will love to pet the baby bunnies, enjoy a game of corn hole, and play the afternoon away as you enjoy the day with a picnic in the shade.

The Deals:

Dates/Times:
- Season runs June 2nd - July 16th
- Monday - Friday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Saturday and Sunday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

What You Need to Know:
- Children ages 3 and under are FREE.
- Vouchers are valid ANY DAY - weekday or weekend.
- Additional lavender is $0.15 per stem and payable to the vendor.
- Seven Oaks will have scissors for cutting the lavender, baskets, rubber bands, paper towel and plastic bags for keeping flower stems damp if you wish and tissue to wrap them if not. Lavender plants are also available for purchase.
- Farm Shop will not be open to the public during the season (as far as walking into the building.) However, you can pre-order from the website before you come, print out the order and turn it in at the welcome station to be filled and ready for you when you depart.
