An ARTECHOUSE Studio original that expands on the successful 2022 PIXELBLOOM exhibition, Timeless Butterflies is an all-new visual narrative that takes visitors through a virtual world of cherry blossoms to experience the ephemeral beauty of butterflies. The visually stunning exhibition is a celebration of Washington, DC’s time-honored and beloved cherry blossom season. This family-friendly exhibition, Timeless Butterflies will be open to the public daily from March 11 until September 8, 2023, at ARTECHOUSE DC.
Timeless Butterflies is a joyous audio-visual story that pays tribute to nature’s exuberance and the arrival of spring. Leveraging custom technologies, ARTECHOUSE Studio reimagines the potential of a vibrant full spring bloom, both digital and organic in design, to create a one-of-a-kind enchanting, immersive journey. The stunning assortment of butterflies are released from winter slumber, nodding to the start of spring and turning ‘pixels’ into full bloom.

What You Need to Know:
- Children under 4 are free. All guests ages 16 and under MUST be accompanied by an adult.
- Tickets are for admission only.
- Child tickets for ages 4-15 are $17 each.
- This installation is recommended for ages 6+.
- Not valid for packages, private visits and not combined with additional offers.

- Guests who purchase a student/military/senior/first responder ticket must bring their ID and will be asked by the staff to show it upon check-in.
- All sales are final. No ticket refunds or exchanges.
- In the event of any entry delays, ARTECHOUSE is not required to refund the value of any tickets purchased for that time slot. If there is a significant delay in entry ARTECHOUSE will accommodate you at the subsequent session when possible.
- Due to the complex technology employed, the installation may require unplanned maintenance; this may result in delays for visitors or in the cancellation of a session. If it is not possible to reschedule a delayed or cancelled visit, a full refund of the price paid for tickets will be issued, but no further compensation will be given.
- It is suggested that you arrive at least 10 mins before the scheduled time slot. Arriving late to your session can be extremely disturbing to your fellow attendees. Latecomers will be accommodated at the discretion of the staff at an appropriate time.
- Most visits last 45-60 minutes. Your visit will conclude at 60 minutes based on the session time.
- There is no flash photography or commercial photo/video use. Otherwise, photograph all you want!
- ARTECHOUSE is located just a few blocks away from the National Mall and the Smithsonian Metro Station.
