Celebrate the 4th of July holiday a day early at an Aberdeen IronBirds game at Ripken Stadium on July 3rd. Catonsville 4th of July Parade and Celebration in Catonsville, Maryland - FREE
The Catonsville 4th of July Parade and Celebration lasts 13 hours (8:30 a.m. - 9:30 p.m.), giving you and your family plenty of time to pop into the fun and pop out for a break until the fireworks begin. The parade/celebration takes place on July 4th and includes a bike ride, kids crafts and contests, a free concert, a firework family fun fest and a grand fireworks show! July 4th Visionary Pets on Parade at the American Visionary Art Museum in Baltimore, Maryland - FREE
Furry friends are the star of the show at this family-friendly event hosted by the American Visionary Art Museum. Dress up your pets in their best Red, White, and Blue attire to march in the annual July 4th Visionary Pets on Parade. There will be animal prizes and trophies for Best Costume, Most Patriotic, Most Visionary Pet, Owner & Pet Lookalikes, Least Likely to Succeed as a Pet, Visionary Pet Tricks, and more! Please note: pets must be leashed or carried, and water, baggies, and pet cooling stations will be provided. The parade kicks off on July 4th at 9 a.m. and registration begins at 8:30 a.m.

Towson 4th of July Parade at Towsontown Boulevard and Bosley Avenue in Towson, Maryland - FREE
Celebrate Independence Day at the Towson 4th of July Parade on July 4th from 10:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. The parade will include bands, drum corps, floats, military and specialty units, and dignitaries. This patriotic, family-friendly parade will start at the intersection of Bosley and Burke Avenues.

Red, White & Zoo Enrichment Day at the Maryland Zoo in Baltimore, Maryland
Spend July 4th at the Maryland Zoo for their Red, White & Zoo event! Watch the Zoo's animals eat and play with special 4th of July treats including "fishsicles” and paper mache toys. Enjoy a memorable day at the zoo that'll leave you enough time to travel to your firework viewing destination. The event takes place on July 4th from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. and is free with zoo admission. Independence Day Deck Party on USS Constellation in Baltimore, Maryland
Climb aboard the USS Constellation for their Independence Day Deck Party on July 4th from 7 p.m. - 10 p.m. There will be catering served by Classic Catering people, local beer, wine and refreshments, music, tours, cannon firings, catering, and best of all, an incredible view of the fireworks! Independence Day Celebration at the Baltimore Museum of Industry in Baltimore, Maryland
Pack a picnic to enjoy one of the best views of the Inner Harbor's 4th of July fireworks from the Baltimore Museum of Industry's waterfront campus! The Independence Day Celebration will provide hands-on activities for kids and ice cream will be available for purchase on-site. This family-friendly event is only for the two-legged family members, so pets are not allowed and, for safety reasons, no sparklers, grills or glass bottles. Tickets include parking for one car and museum admission for all passengers.
