  • We are not just looking for parents who love buying deals and getting out and about with their kids. Sure, this would be a dream job for many of you (WE LOVE OUR CUSTOMERS!), but these positions also require savvy sales and marketing experience to succeed, in addition to a healthy obsession with deals. These are demanding full-time positions. 


  • We have no interest in people who are satisfied with being in the middle of the pack. We want to hear about individuals that immediately jump to your mind as the “go-getters,” the “doers,” the “never take no for an answer” kind of folks who are amazing at what they do and would love to share this enthusiasm with equally awesome co-workers. They also are dedicated and committed to getting the job done well.
  • We do not want to hear about candidates who are likely to shy away from a challenge. CertifiKID has grown exponentially over the past 5 years, but we have lots more to do! We want someone who will tackle new opportunities with courage, not uncertainty, and push the whole team to achieve what might seem like the impossible.
  • We do not want that employee that is all about “me.” Our team members care about each other and you. Our ideal co-workers are candid and push for excellence, but they’re also constructive and sincere in their approach. They make genuine connections with our business partners and look out for our customers, cultivating the best deals in the family market.

Referral Program Terms

  • Referrals received September 9, 2015 or later will be eligible for the referral bonus if they meet all terms of the program, as outlined below. CertifiKID will terminate this program in its discretion once candidates who meet the requirements are received. The program is terminated once this webpage is no longer live on the CertifiKID website. 
  • There is no limit to the number of people you can refer. Each referral must be submitted in a separate submission using the online form above. All required fields must be completed in each submission.
  • Referral of yourself or your spouse are not eligible for the referral bonus.
  • All referrals must be interested in the position. Please don't send us names just for the heck of it!
  • All referrals must meet the requirements for the job as determined by CertifiKID in its discretion.
  • CertifiKID will attempt to contact all referrals that meet our requirements within 5 business days after submission.
  • For referral bonus to be paid, referred candidate must be hired by CertifiKID and be in good standing for 90 days, as determined by CertifiKID.
  • $1000 referral bonus will be paid for hiring of Manager of Sales & Advertising. $500 referral bonus will be paid for hiring of Account Executive position. Multiple Account Executives may be hired for the referral bonus, at CertifiKID’s discretion. 
  • CertifiKID retains the final right to determine in good faith whether to pay or not to pay any referral bonus. Moreover, where two or more referees refer the same candidate for employment, the referral source eligible for the referral bonus will be the one who made the submission first using the online form above. 
  • All referrals must have a legal right to work in the U.S.
  • If your referral is hired, you’ll be notified within a few days after the referral is hired by CertifiKID.
  • Referral bonuses and the criteria for awarding them may be modified at the discretion of CertifiKID at any time prior to the hiring of these positions.
  • Referral bonuses are subject to the deduction of applicable taxes.
  • Recruiters, CertifiKID employees, and spouses and immediate family members of CertifiKID employees are not eligible for a referral bonus
