It was time to get my tires replaced, and I needed to figure out the most convenient, cost-effective way to get this taken care of. I decided to try a new service – Roll by Goodyear!

I made my appointment online. The Roll by Goodyear website was incredibly easy to navigate. Appointments were available as early as the following day although I chose to make my appointment for a week later due to my own schedule. I chose the option of having the Roll team come directly to my house, pick up my car, take it back to their facility and then bring the car back to my house once the new tires were installed. I was extremely impressed that the website allowed me to select a specific time for the Roll crew to pick up my car as well as the time I would need the car returned.

Based on the make and model of my vehicle, the website made my tire decision easy by detailing my tire options.

On the morning of my appointment, I received a text confirming arrival time. Later that morning, at the time previously communicated, I met the Roll by Goodyear team member in my driveway with a mask on. In addition to reviewing the details of the tire service, the team member also reviewed all the COVID safety precautions that the Roll by Goodyear team would be taking.

It was incredibly convenient to be home all day while Roll by Goodyear had my car. It is almost unthinkable right now, between my job and my children attending school virtually, to leave the house for 5 hours during a weekday. The fact the Roll by Goodyear was able to pick-up and drop-off my car at my house allowed me to work, help my children with school, make lunch and do the other millions of things that moms are needed for every day in this COVID world! Not having to sit at a service center the entire time my tires were getting replaced was awesome!

My vehicle was returned at the time requested. Not only did I receive four brand new tires, but the interior of my car was vacuumed, sanitized and a plastic covering was applied over all key areas as a COVID precaution.

I would definitely recommend Roll by Goodyear for any tire service needs for both my family and friends. I thought that the customer service was outstanding, their prices were very competitive, and the Goodyear tires are of the highest quality. It is invaluable how easy Roll by Goodyear makes this entire process!
