Kids - Muster your mates and direct your parents to the Boomerang Pirate Ship on the Georgetown Waterfront for an adventurous treasure hunt cruise along the Potomac River. You see, lads and lasses, the Boomerang crew are friendly pirates protecting the Nation's Capital from boisterous buccaneers. The ship houses the city's most valued treasure chest - but just recently the key to the treasure chest was stolen by enemy pirates. The pirate crew is enlisting your help to search the waterways looking for the scallywags who stole their treasured key!

Warm up your pipes for the singing of sea shanties and practice your best “Arrrrgghhh” as you and your band of scallywags are shanghaied as part of the Boomerang Pirate Ship crew. Get ready to raise anchor, fire your water cannons (ye may get a bit wet!) and engage in battle upon enemy pirates on a fantastically fun swashbuckling adventure!

Ages: Great for all ages!

Length of Cruise: All cruises last between 45 minutes to 1 hour, with the exception of the 5:30pm weekday cruise which is 2 hours (due to docking restrictions at 6:30pm).

Schedule: Beginning Wednesday, June 12th, the Boomerang Pirate Ship is offering CertifiKid subscribers this $12/ticket deal on the following cruises ONLY:

Wednesdays through Fridays:

• 1:30 - 2:30pm
• 2:30 - 3:30pm
• 3:30 - 4:30pm
• 4:30 - 5:30pm
• 5:30 - 7:30pm (2-hour cruise)

Sundays:

• 11:30am - 12:30pm
• 12:30 - 1:30pm
• 1:30 - 2:30pm

Pirate Ship Information:

• There are bathrooms on board. No worries, mateys!
• No outside food can be brought onboard, but light snacks and drinks are available for purchase if you'd like.
• Rain does not stop these fearless pirates from sailing! Check the Boomerang Pirate Ship Facebook Fan Page for the latest information, including weather updates.
• Walking Directions: From K St., turn south onto 31st st. and take it all the way to the water. If you are looking at the river from the Georgetown Waterfront, the Boomerang Pirate Ship will pull up at the end of the dock, all the way on the right.
• Parking Info: There are several parking garages within 2 blocks of the waterfront area.
• Metro: The closest Metro stop is Foggy Bottom Station which is serviced by the blue and orange lines and is a 15 minute walk away.

• A ticket must be purchased for every passenger. Infants (non-walkers) are free.
• Cannot be combined with other promotions or offers. No cash value/cash back.
• Cannot be used on Saturday Pirate Ship Cruises.
• CertifiKid reservations subject to Boomerang Pirate Ship Ticket Cancellation Policy and Rain Policy. (Note: if a cruise is cancelled due to weather, you will have the opportunity to reschedule.)
