With the London Olympics right around the corner and summer starting to sneak up on us, now is the perfect time to tumble into fun and fitness with preschool gymnastics classes from Dulles Gymnastics.

Parent/Tot Class
This is a parent/caregiver participation class for little ones that are walkers up to 3yrs of age.
The emphasis being to have fun while developing  motor skills and social skills. Little ones explore as they learn to roll down incline mats, walk on balance beams, jumping, and much more while in a safe environment.

Preschool (3 yrs)
This class is for little ones that are 3 years old, with an emphasis be on beginner gymnastics movements, coordination, structure, and of course fun. Instructors will teach proper gymnastics
progressions that are appropriate to meet the needs of the child. Students will have fun with obstacle courses trampoline, bars, and balance beams!

Preschool (4 & 5 yrs)
This class is for our 4 & 5 year students, focusing on beginner gymnastics movements, coordination, structure, and of course fun. Instructors will teach proper gymnastics
progressions that are appropriate to meet the needs of the child. Each week there are themed lesson plans and goals that each child is working to achieve. Students will have fun with
obstacle course set ups, trampoline, bars, balance beams and the in-ground foam pit.

Boys Recreational (5+ yrs)
The Boy's Program is based upon basic gymnastics progressions using boy's apparatus. A strong emphasis is based on increasing strength, coordination, flexibility and discipline. Boys will learn basic core skills, necessary positions and support holds. A strong emphasis is placed on building strength, increasing flexibility & improving coordination. Boys will use the bars, vault, training rings, pommel horse & floor.

Classes run for 55 minutes, unless otherwise noted.

Wednesday 11:15am - 45 min class (preschool 3 yrs)

Wednesday 10:15am (preschool 4 & 5 yrs) 

Saturday 10:30am (preschool 3 years)

Important: Please remember to register with Dulles Gymnastics Academy directly by phone prior to the start of your first class. Classes are 55 minutes, unless otherwise noted.
