Back by popular demand, Chasing Moments Photography is offering a Family Photo Session OR Newborn Photo Shoot!
Chasing Moments Photography has been specializing in newborn, children and family photography since 2005. Photo sessions focus on creating a relaxed, easy, down-to-earth atmosphere to achieve beautiful, true-to-life portraits. Your photographer's work has been featured internationally in print, billboards, and online.
Option 1: On-Location Family Photo Session for up to 6 people (Mommies, Daddies, Grandparents, In-Laws, Kiddos – All Welcome).
The session includes: (1) up to 45 minutes of on-location shooting for up to 6 people (must be members of a single Family); (2) a password-protected gallery of pictures from the photo shoot for the Family to look at and pick their favorites; and (3) 10 high-resolution retouched digital images of their choice mailed to the Family on a CD, additional files available for purchase.
Location: The session will take place at an agreed upon location of your and the photographer's choice in Northern Virginia (available areas include Arlington, Alexandria, Fairfax, Falls Church, Vienna, McLean, Ashburn, Reston, and Herndon). Some examples of location are Colvin Run Mill, Fairfax Corner, Shirlington Village, Old Town Alexandria, Lake Anne, a park, etc. If you do have a preferred location, your photographer will do her best to work with you to schedule the shoot at the location of your choice, given your time is somewhat flexible. However, the photographer does not guarantee that she will be able to honor your choice of location (depending on her client volume & shooting locations).
Scheduling the family session: When contacting the photographer, make sure to: (1) put "CertifiKID Deal 2011” in the subject line; (2) your preferred date/time (give the photographer a couple of options); (3) what you are looking for in a shoot and how many people will participate in the shoot (simple portrait session, stylized spring/holiday shoot, you and your kids engaged in some activity); and (4) your preferred location/area for the shoot (if you have any).
Option 2: Newborn Photo Shoot
The session includes: (1) up to 3 hours of shooting for the Parents and their newborn and siblings (ideally newborn must be under about 3 weeks old, but can be up to 5 weeks old); (2) a password-protected gallery of pictures from the photo shoot for the Parents to look at and pick their favorites; and (3) 3 high-resolution retouched digital images of their choice mailed to the Parents on a CD, additional files available for purchase.
Location: The session will take place either at your home in N.Va. (photographer will travel to Northern Virginia within the beltway and within 15 miles of Reston outside the beltway) or at photographer’s home studio in Reston, VA.
Scheduling the newborn session: When contacting the photographer, make sure to: (1) put “CertifiKID Deal 2011” in the subject line; and (2) your due date and your baby’s gender. Your photographer understands that most babies do not arrive on their due date. She will note your due date and make sure to reserve enough time for your shoot on weekends around your due date.

Information & Restrictions:
Availability: Sessions will take place ON WEEKENDS ONLY based on a mutually agreed upon time. Sessions can be scheduled starting 2/26.
Certificate expires July 31, 2011.
One certificate per family; may buy additional as gifts.
Rescheduling: Photographer will honor requests to reschedule made at least 2 days prior to the shoot, requests to reschedule made within 48 hours of the shoot will be honored depending on photographer's availability. Photographer will reschedule up to two (2) times; unlimited rescheduling in case of inclement weather. The July 31st expiration deadline will not apply to shoots rescheduled due to inclement weather or to shoots scheduled and rescheduled prior to July 31st.
